We don't know what our nation will look like in July in regards to Covid, but we haven't scheduled our trophy presentation as of yet to get a better idea of what is best for the entire group. We fully expect 300+ golfers to play in this event and their safety is our top priority. We will practice social distancing as much as possible.

Tee times and pairings will be released the week of the tournament. Please be sure you've completed the registration information form so that you are properly entered into this tournament. Tee Times will start at 8am running until 2pm. Each day at each course, with the exception of Friday's round for golfers that will play Prairie Landing. We will have a 2pm shotgun start at that course. Also on Friday, golfers who don't live in Chicago will be given afternoon tee times, just in case they are driving/flying into Chicago on Friday, thus giving them time to get ready.
The leaderboard from Friday will dictate tee times and pairings for Saturday and Sunday's round. Similar to a PGA event, higher scores will tee off first with the final pairing filled with divisional leaders.

There are only three 18 hole courses in the city of Chicago. Two of them, Jackson Park, and Indian Boundary Golf Courses just didn't measure up to our standards of providing a top notch course with a challenging level of play. The third Harborside International Golf Club offers two 18 hole courses, but with a green fee of $110, we felt it to be too expensive.

Yes, despite this being a group vs. group event. It is still a flighted individual tournament. You will still compete within your flight for the top prize of winning first place. If there is an unequal balance of group members you will be added to an organization as a temporary member to provide a more competitive group.
Organizations with more players will have a better chance at winning the Group Prize. That's why we urge all CEO's to register as many golfers from their clubs as possible.

There are several ways you can get one prior to the event, having a GHIN number is preferable. If you are a part of an organization, we will rely on your group CEO to provide us with handicap information for you.
